• Technical data such as device/browser details, logs, and basic usage analytics.

• Providing core product features and maintaining account access.
• Coordinating wedding logistics, communications, and day-of execution.
• Sending system notifications and user-initiated guest communications.

Data sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with trusted service providers that help us operate the platform, such as cloud hosting, logging, analytics, email, and messaging providers. These providers are permitted to use data only to perform services for WedOps.

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, subject to applicable law.

If you are an invited guest using wedding-specific links or communications, your data is controlled by the planner or account owner managing that event.

Children's privacy

WedOps is intended for professional and adult users managing wedding operations. The platform is not directed to children under 13.

Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.

How to request data deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, email team@wedops.in with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

Please include your account email/phone and wedding ID (if known).

We process verified requests within 30 days, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, and accounting retention requirements.
