Service usage

WedOps provides tools for wedding planning, coordination, guest management, communications, and on-ground execution workflows.

Account eligibility and responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining accurate data, safeguarding account credentials, and ensuring that access to your workspace is limited to authorized team members.

You are also responsible for complying with applicable laws, messaging consent requirements, and third-party platform policies when using communication features.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use WedOps to:

• Send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized communications.
• Upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt service availability.
• Infringe privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.
• Use data in ways inconsistent with guest consent or applicable regulation.

Customer data and ownership

You retain ownership of data you submit to the platform. You grant WedOps a limited license to host, process, and transmit that data solely to provide and improve services.

Third-party services

WedOps may integrate with third-party services such as cloud hosting, email, and messaging providers. Use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

WhatsApp and messaging terms

By enabling messaging features, you represent that you have obtained all required user consents and permissions before sending operational or informational messages.

You must comply with applicable anti-spam, privacy, and telecom rules, along with Meta and WhatsApp platform policies. Carrier or messaging fees may apply to recipients based on their mobile plans.

Service availability and changes

We may improve, update, or modify platform features over time. While we aim for high availability, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, non-payment (if applicable), or legal non-compliance. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

WedOps is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WedOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Data deletion requests

To request deletion of personal data, email team@wedops.in with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your account email/phone and wedding ID (if known).

Verified requests are processed within 30 days, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, and accounting retention requirements.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
